Katrina Seifert is a Registered Dental Hygienist and operational leader who genuinely loves dentistry and the people behind it. She is passionate about helping patients feel understood and confident in their care, knowing that when education and trust are done well, patients say yes to the dentistry that truly supports their long-term health. Katrina works closely with teams to strengthen patient connection and communication in ways that feel authentic, ethical, and effective.

She has a strong focus on communication, culture, and execution, helping teams work better together and practices run more smoothly. By bridging clinical insight with leadership and people-centered systems, Katrina helps create environments where dentists feel supported, teams stay engaged, and practices are positioned to grow and succeed.
Director of Business Operations
She is a results-driven Director of Business Operations with more than 10 years of experience leading and scaling multi-practice dental organizations. Her work focuses on building repeatable, data-driven operating systems that create consistency, accountability, and predictable performance across multiple locations. She is known for standardizing workflows, strengthening financial and operational KPIs, and ensuring each practice has the structure, tools, and leadership needed to run efficiently.
She excels at turning strategy into execution by developing strong office leaders, implementing clear performance metrics, and aligning teams around daily, weekly, and monthly priorities. In complex environments, she brings clarity and discipline—streamlining operations, improving communication, and reinforcing operational standards—while maintaining a patient-centered, people-first culture that supports sustainable growth.
Chief Dental Officer/Co-founder
My goal is simple: when I sit down with a dentist exploring a partnership for their next chapter, I focus on understanding what they’ve built and helping them protect their legacy. I’ve spent over 30 years in clinical practice, and during that time, I’ve started practices from scratch, purchased established offices, and merged practices thoughtfully into existing ones. I’ve recently stepped away from full-time clinical care so I can focus entirely on supporting doctors like you—taking the business weight off your shoulders so you can enjoy practicing dentistry on your terms.
At Dental Club Partners, I work directly with our seller doctors before, during, and after the transition. My role is to make sure your patients are cared for, your team is respected, and your legacy continues. I also mentor our associate dentists, helping them sharpen their clinical skills, learn new ones, and rediscover the satisfaction of being a dentist. This isn’t about an exit—it’s about stewardship, continuity, and making sure the practice you worked your entire career to build is in good hands.
